Main tool of customs control in the area of combating counterfeiting and protecting the interests of intellectual right holders is the customs register of intellectual property objects administered by the Federal Customs Service of Russia.

The mechanism for providing this service is being progressively developed, taking into account the introduction of customer-centric standards.
