Within the framework of the event it is planned to highlight the issues related to the novelties of the legislation on criminal liability, the practice of bringing persons to criminal and administrative justice, as well as measures taken by customs authorities in cooperation with the business community to prevent customs offenses. Participants will discuss significant changes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation aimed at liberalization of criminal liability, including competence of customs authorities to conduct inquiries in cases of smuggling of strategically important goods and resources, as well as investigate economic crimes.
