Annotation:
Creating favorable conditions for economic development, maintaining the competitiveness of domestic products and ensuringе food security in Russia largely depend on the effectiveness of customs administration measures. International experience in implementing the AEO mechanism confirms its effectiveness as a tool for optimizing the procedure for cross-border movement of goods. Increasing the number of AEO is an important condition for increasing export to countries which the FCS of Russia is working with on AEO mutual recognition. The development of AEO mutual recognition will contribute to ensuring traceability, reliability of declaration, as well as speeding up customs operations. Further development of the AEO mechanism will allow expanding the geography of countries which agreements on AEO mutual recognition are concluded with, as well as reformatting existing Green Corridor Projects (Simplified Customs Corridor Projects).
