As part of the implementation of a risk-oriented approach in selecting objects and forms of customs control, the customs authorities of the Russian Federation use a subject-oriented model of the risk management system. This model takes into account not only information about the goods being transported but also characteristics of the participants in foreign economic activity that are moving these goods, assessing their integrity.

Experts from the Federal Customs Service of Russia, other state authorities of the Russian Federation and representatives from the business community will discuss issues related to the established practice of categorizing entities engaged in customs operations, as well as planned and possible ways to further improve the categorization of foreign economic activity participants.
