Annotation:
The focus of the round table discussion is the measures developed recently and applied by the customs authorities to support stakeholders in the field of bringing them to administrative and criminal responsibility.
Representatives of the business community will be informed about the work currently being carried out at the Eurasian Economic Commission siteе to determine general principles and approaches to establishing liability for violations of customs rules and their consolidation in the Treaty on the Specifics of Criminal and Administrative Liability for Violations of the Customs Legislation of the Customs Union and the EAEU Member States.
Special attention will be paid to the initiative to introduce amendments to the current administrative legislation aimed at mitigating the liability of foreign trade participants.
As part of the implementation of customer centricity standards, representatives of the business community will be informed about the following opportunities of the service "Administrative offenses" of the Personal Account of a Foreign Trade Participant and the work carried out by the customs authorities together with the business community to improve it.
